Brendon North
The Manager. In charge or sourcing all the very best fruit and vegetables from the various markets and liaising with our many growers. Jack of all trades and covers any of the work where labour may be short.?Oversee's the growing of all our own produce on the Hydroponic Lettuce and Herb Farm. Established Paradise Fresh Produce in July 1998 growing lettuce and diversified 3 years later into Wholesale Fruit and Vegetables. Holds a Bachelor of Rural Science degree after 4 years study at University of New England. |
Darren Mahony Darren is an integral part of our Tamworth Delivery Team. Before starting with us Darren spent several years working in the Fruit & Veg Department of Coles preparing and displaying some of their goods for sale. He has an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of Fruit and Vegetables, their storage and preparation. Darren is also responsible for packing and delivery of your goods in the Tamworth and Manilla areas. | |

| Wikrom Tang
Wikrom first entered Paradise Fresh as a wholesale customer. He was the owner and manager of one of the leading Thai restaurants in Tamworth. Wikrom managed this restaurant for three years before selling and moved back to Sydney. It didn't take long for Wikrom to realise living the corporate life in the big smoke wasn't for him. He returned to Tamworth and joined the Paradise Fresh team. Since his recruitment, Wikrom with his multiple talents, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science degrees, has assisted in the growth of Paradise Fresh and launched us into cyber space and onto your PC.

| Vicki North
The 2 Princesses and the new Prince in our Business. Vicki is the other owner of the business and looks after the Administrative side of things. Other Duties include Payroll Officer, Human Resources Manager, Finance & Accounts Officer, OH&S Manager and First Aid Officer. Prior to working in the business Vicki worked as a Registered Nurse in Accident/Emergency and in Intensive Care Departments. She also spent several years working as an Ambulance Officer. And has a Masters of Applied Management. Natasha (3.5 yrs) is chief fruit sampler and Cameron (14 mths) is following in her foot steps, and will soon start with the lettuce farming and then graduate to the Fruit & Veg packing. | |

| Hamish
Hamish is the newest addition to the Paradise Fresh Team. Hamish moved to Tamworth from Sydney to be closer to his family. Hamish services our Armidale, Manilla and Gunnedah wholesale and retail customers. |
| The Rocket Man
Our Farm Manager prefers to stay anomynous. Some say he believes Rocket is an aphrodisiac. Others think he counts lettuce in his sleep..., but to us, he's The Rocket Man. He's been with us for 7 years now and manages all staff on farm, organises all planting and harvesting of products and ensures it all runs smoothly. He has specialist knowledge of growing our Herbs, Baby English Spinach and Rocket (Tamworths only Rocket Scientist). | |

Alison is our Packer. Al is the one behind the scenes packing all your wonderful produce into your boxes. Al, has been with us since 2009 and her previous experience is in farming, fruit & veg and hospitality. |
