- Do you charge for delivery?
We do not charge to deliver to you the freshest fruit and vegetables. However all orders placed with us will have a minimum of $35.00
- Will you include more local produce on your website?
We are establishing more and more contacts with local businesses to bring you the best that our region has to offer.
- What is your return/refund policy?
We take great care to deliver our products to you. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, we are more than happy to exchange it to your satisfaction.
- Who is the rocket man?
He is our mystery man and when he came on board with us he made us sign a non-disclosure statement of his identity. So... we can't really say.
- How do I know I am getting quality?
The core of our business philosophy is to develop long term customer relationships with repeat business. When you order with us you will be receiving the best quality produce we can source. We would loose your custom if we do not provide the best thus rest assure that you are getting quality produce. We are so sure that we offer you our quality guarantee.
- What is a Standing Order?
A Standing Order is a great way to have your fruit and veg delivered to your door without having to log onto the web every time and organise an order. It is truly a 'set and forget' way to receive your fruit and vegetables, milk and other fresh items. Initiating a 'Standing Order' is easy. Simply compile your order you would like to receive each week and while proceding through our secure checkout notify us of the standing order and the delivery frequency (weekly or fortnightly) and we will be in contact with you to confirm all details. For any additions or changes to each set order simply email us the day prior to delivery.
- How do I know what Quantity to put in the quantity box?
If you are wanting ONE kg of apples, put in 1. If you want TWO kg of apples, put in 2.
We have tried to identify how many apples you will get with each kg. Eg. 1kg of apples - you will get approx 6-7 apples.
