The Spice Trading Company evolved and business began in November 2009. The business is Tamworth based and operated by Kim Ridley, with the support of her family. It specialises in Gourmet Dips/Seasoning Mixes. The Dips are in a dehydrated form and can be used by simply combining cream cheese, natural yoghurt or sour cream. It is then placed it in the fridge for 30 minutes. The products can also be used as a spread on sandwiches or used as a Seasoning Mix for meats, fish, salads or added to sauces, soups or stews. They are great to have in the pantry to use at a moment's notice or ideal for a gift at any time of the year!
